I'm going to choose the Dead Nation and Infamous. I haven't played either yet, and I have Wipeout already (THE BEST GAME KNOWN TO MAN EVER!!)
There'll always be some chump to complain about freebies. I can understand you'd be a little disappointed if you owned all the games listed, but I would just take it on the chin and call it bad luck.
What great vivid and exciting use of capitalisation!
I do understand, but my point was we wouldn't need a PS3, 360, Wii and god knows what else under our TV's to play everything in the world ever... Because I can play them all on one. Exclusives do identify a console in the current situation of competing companies.
HOWEVER! <--- vivid and exciting yes?.. I think so.
You made no mention of this in your first post which said "...
Not if those games were available at the same quality multiplat you wouldn't ^^
I trade mine when I know I'm not going to play them anymore. I can't be arsed with the ballache of selling on ebay and posting them to different addresses... and regardless of a UK only listing, I hate being asked if I would post it to some country in Africa.
I'll just trade and out the cash towards something in store I might otherwise of missed out on.
I estimate 7/10's across the board. Average game put out just because they know it will sell to fans of the series regardless.
I hope I'm wrong, but until then I shall remain sceptical.
That's the thing, it's not. You know of them... you speak of them and you boycott them. They however are none the wiser to you doing this :)
IGN aren't out to get you... they don't even know who you are, nor do they care.
The Guardian is a fairly creditably source of news where I live inveni0.
Playstation... has no games.
There is no such thing as a hardcore gamer. Just a hardcore nerd.
I loved the last game!
Yeah I want Colonial Marines. It amazes me how films and games can fuck up what should be the perfect franchise combo - time and time again.
I think the reason people are still talking about/writing about it might be down to the fact it is still happening. It's not like it is a thing of the past like RRoD which people seem to be happy to bring up (myself included) all the time.
It is a continuing ball ache not being able to play online. I haven't bought a PS3 title since it occurred, and won't do until it is fixed... regardless of these involuntary withdrawal shakes I have contracted.
No Andross :( He pushed my SNES to the limit!
Regardless of your disagrees I think that would be a fun idea. I personally enjoyed Alan Wake, I found it too short but the hours I did manage to squeeze out of it I really enjoyed.
The move would lend itself well as your flash light/ aiming reticle I think. (I too have AW and MOVE :D)
I just took mine into the shop I bought it from. Explained the problem and walked out with a new xbox that very day. And I got to keep my old controller, so it really wasn't the ball ache you imagined it to be.
Agreed, it protects their brand. It's common practice for any company.
The failure of spelling copyright in the title is another story however.
If you can still use a force feedback wheel with pedals and include kinect for head tracking which is likely to be what they're aiming for, why is it detrimental?
Think outside of your tiny little windowless box.
I could go for that. It would beat the shit out of other 10 minute cut scenes I've sat through in the past!
I completely agree with the cashcow comments... But I did really really like 3rd strike, much more so than StreetFighter 4 so the temptation will certainly be there :D
